Planetarium Shows

 

Regular Offerings

Stellar Evolution Orion Nebula

This show presents the current night sky and a study of classic examples of different stages of stellar evolution, including a discussion or supernova novea explosions and remnants.

Night Sky Milky Way

The Night Sky show features a description of the current night sky. There are in effect four shows, one for each of the seasons.

Exploring Mars Mars Rover

A popular show which presents an overview or past and present exploration of Mars, including fly-by of the planet.

Tour of the Solar System 

Explore the Moon, the planets, and their path around the Sun.

 

Special Shows

Some special shows may not be currently available.

Noel Night

The Noel Night show features a broad description of the night sky, with emphasis on the Orion constellation, the Milky Way galaxy, and the planets.

Heavenly Mythology

This show covers constellations, the Earth's precession which leads to a changing night skies over the millennia.

 

Cassini Mission

This show feature the Cassini-Huygens mission which explored the planet  Saturn and its satellite Titan in 2004. There are short and long versions of this show.

Mars Rocks

Peaceful conflict resolution with puppet theater; night sky; study of Mars.

 

Note:  Shows run from 45 minutes to 75 minutes.  The length can be adjusted to fit the circumstances of each particular show or group.
