Shows for UndergraduatesThis information applies only to Wayne State University students currently enrolled in AST 2010, PHY 1020, PHY 2130, PHY 2140, PHY 2170, or PHY 2180 with a participating instructor.Your instructor, along with the Department of Physics and Astronomy, would like to offer you a chance to learn more about the night sky, see more of what our department has to offer, and earn a bit of extra credit in the process. Your instructor has already explained or will explain the extent of the extra credit. The instructor will be informed of your attendance at the end of the term based on a form that is filled out after the session. If you leave early or fail to fill out the form you are not entitled to extra credit. To emphasize: the critical component is the evaluation form that is filled out at the END of the planetarium show. If you want to see when these shows are offered and sign up for one, please visit the Schedule of Shows page.
